These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Order Editing & Upsell application and the orderedit.io website, provided by OrderEdit.io LLC ("OrderEdit.io", "we", "us"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
OrderEdit.io provides a self-service order-editing and post-purchase upsell layer for BigCommerce stores, installed from the BigCommerce App Marketplace. Features and plans are described on our website and the Marketplace listing and may evolve over time.
You must operate a BigCommerce store and be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Scale) are billed monthly through BigCommerce's unified billing. We offer a 21-day free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your plan continues at the listed price. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
To provide the service, you grant us permission to access and process your store data through BigCommerce's APIs as needed for the features you enable. You remain responsible for your store, your customers' data, and your compliance with applicable laws. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The app, website and all related software and content are owned by OrderEdit.io LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderEdit.io LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold OrderEdit.io LLC harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the service and uninstall the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
